At Lunvere, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at care@lunvere.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at care@lunvere.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
